Speaking of copyright, I might go into more detail about some fairly obvious worries I have with the extent of fair use provisions.

Funny, I could have sworn I un-blacked-out earlier. Must have previewed the template change and then not save it.
Further to the above, I would have assumed that the Obama image was sufficiently different to be not-the-same-image as the photograph - that this was rather more than a translation or a change in format.
